So I made my loss goal for the week. -4lbs in one week. Yeeeeeeeeeah!
I also have a workout buddy. Amanda and I are going M/W/F on the trail on campus. She did pretty well for someone with a displaced bone in her foot who hasn’t done a full mile in well over a year. She pulled a full 1.5 miles, with a couple of stretching breaks throughout. I’m pretty excited about having a workout buddy, even if it is at a lower pace than normal. It gives more leeway and reason to keep up with medicine ball on those morning.
Which reminds me — I ate late, so I’m doing medicine ball tonight. Ugh for straying from schedules.
