Ready? Set? Wait, finish this episode.

So I’ve gotten massive motivation from the girls in my group lately.

What’s coming up this week? Yeah, up at 5 AM again, 3 – 5 mile stretch, then the same at night. The week after? Adding in planks and burpees. The week after that? Dips, dives, and squats. Do you know how much I really, really hate squats? More than burpees. Possibly.

Ive also very conveniently timed it so that the evening work starts the week after I finish Veronica Mars.

What what.
