Week 2

Okay, so I’ve done pretty well this week. Running every single night and not eating super terrible foods. This coming week it changes again. Here’s the plan for next week:

Week 1 (complete)

9 PM – Run 3 – 5 miles

Week 2

Monday
5 AM – Stretch/Yoga 1 hr
9 PM – Run 3 – 5 miles

5:30 AM – Stretch/yoga 1 hr
9 PM – Run 3 – 5 miles

Wednesday
5 AM – Stretch/yoga 1 hr
9 PM – Run 3 – 5 miles

Thursday
5 AM – Medicine ball
5:30 AM – Stretch/yoga 1 hr
9 PM – Run 3 – 5 miles

Friday
5 AM – Stretch/yoga 1 hr
9 PM – Run 3 – 5 miles

Saturday

5 AM – Medicine ball
5:30 AM – Stretch/yoga 1 hr
9 PM – Run 3 – 5 miles

Sunday
Rest, hydrate, stretch.
