I know that I said that I’d do a video on my yoga/calisthenics routine, but my PT gave me a new routine that I’ll be doing from now on. I haven’t gotten familiar with it yet, so no video for a few weeks. Here’s an idea of what it looks like, sans weight vest and wrist/ankle weights. The two that are crossed out have been replaced with 100 squats, 100 wide leg squats and 25 one legged squats. The only other additions are my standard OT/upper extremity exercises and hour of walking. Everything is daily.
